Carol H Scott is an experienced HR and Business Professional with over 25 years experience all the way up to Board and Director level, across a wide range of industry sectors. She understands the increasing burden of employment legislation leaves many employers feeling like they are walking in a minefield and employers tell her they would rather spend time on developing a successful business, than dealing with unnecessary disciplinaries and complicated employment issues.

Carol is Chair of the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce HR and Recruitment Sector and a member of her local CIPD group committee. She is a regular speaker on employment related topics at business networking events, Rotary clubs, employer groups, and gives in-company presentations to management teams.

Strategically, financially and politically aware, Carol works in partnership with you to understand your unique culture, and implement systems to support it.
