Has the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels in the organisation and adapt her approach accordingly, thereby being the perfect person to deal with both the MD to the floor operative.

We engaged Carol in 2004 initially to advise us with design and implementation our employment contracts, Employee handbook and other necessary policies and procedures.
